2. Service Availability: We strive to ensure our service is available but are not liable for any downtime or interruptions caused by your internet connection.
3. User Conduct: You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
4. Monthly Subscription and Payment Policy: Our system has an inbuilt tracking wallet. You are responsible for checking this wallet. When wallet balance reaches $0.00 your vehicle is immediately suspended.
5. Service Interruption and Limitations: Our service depends on network and satellite coverage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, especially in remote areas with poor signal. Track Angels is not liable for delays or interruptions in service caused by network failures, SIM card issues, or client-side tampering.
6. Service Termination: Track Angels reserves the right to terminate service at any time if the client breaches any of these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to make payments. If service is terminated due to violation of terms, no refunds will be issued.
7. Data and Privacy: Track Angels may collect and store location and usage data strictly for service delivery purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
